We are OSA Računarki inženjering, and we make UniDocs DMS software. We are looking for UniDocs Solution Sales manager.
About The Role
As a Solution Sales Manager, you will work with various client segments from small to large enterprises, and bring a strong customer base to the organization. You would be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and maintaining the relationship with the existing customers.

- Be accountable for achieving revenue targets for the dedicated product portfolio
- Become a customer trust advisor in their digital transformation journey
- Actively finding new customers and improving relationships with existing customers
- Bidding and negotiation process
- Cooperating with the technical and development team after closing the sale
- Communicating with authorized business partners
- Implementing sales plans and regularly reporting your activities, progress, and successes
- Preparing various sales materials
- Monitoring of competition
- Training and education related to knowledge of product characteristics
If you have:
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales of software solutions in B2B and B2G markets, approaching customers with products such as ERP, DMS, CRM…
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-confidence in creating long-term relationships with clients
- Knowledge of general trends in the IT sector
- Ability to identify opportunities through knowledge of market and client’s pain points
- Fluency in English
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Valid driving license B category (active driver)
